SCHS Athletics Return to Summer Workouts

Social Circle Earns Region 8AA Sportsmanship Award

Social Circle High School has been named the Region 8AA Sportsmanship Award Winner for the 2019-2020 school year.  This recognition is awarded annually to one region school who demonstrates excellent sportsmanship during athletic competitions throughout the school year.  Great job Redskin athletes and coaches!

The Small school races kicked off the day as Montana Archer of Social Circle MS took control of the race from the gun and virtually ran away with the Overall win clocking a time of 11:33 completing a perfect season of 5 consecutive wins. Redskins Cross Country open Season With a Bang

High School and Middle School traveled to GMC in Milledgeville and made some big statements.  In the opening race of The Small School Showcase, 8th grader Montana Archer took an early lead and never looked back.  He not only won the race, but set a course record while doing so!  Teammates Nasir Christian, Ty Hope, and Lawson

Social Circle Cross Country Season Preview

The 2019 Redskin Cross Country season officially begins on August 29th with the GMC Small School Showdown at Georgia Military College Prep School in Milledgeville.  Most of this year’s harriers have been working out together since August 1st. With only one day below 90 degrees, the team hasn’t shied away from acclimating to the heat.
