Football will have after school Speed and Agility (for HS players that have weights during school) and weight training (for MS players not involved in Spring sports). Workouts will go from 3:15-4:30 every Monday and Wednesday. This is for all football players (returning and new) who do not play in a current Spring sport.
Workouts will be every Monday & Wednesday from 2/22 until Spring practice begins in May. If you are not in a Spring sport you are expected to be there. Time to RAISE the STANDARD!!!
